Highly highly recommend this service center. Will never go to Prompto again. For one it is much cheaper To do an oil change on my truck here. Secondly, the line isn’t out the door like it is at Prompto. And lastly, the customer service is far superior here than Prompto. This is a small owner operator business and you can tell by the level of customer service you get. They do little things like offer you bottles of water While you’re waiting in line. They dress Respectably And Care care about their appearance. They truly seem to value each customer and do an outstanding job in under 10 minutes. I don’t have to worry about them aggressively upselling to me or sloppy work like loose drain plugs, incorrect oil levels, forgotten skid plates, or oil spills. It just doesn’t happen here. They take pride in their work and it shows.
